making mental health care affordable personal counselling
My name is adam baird, and I have been living with an ABI for the past ten years. Even though I was given a couple of months to live. I have been left paralyzed down my left side.
I have learned to walk and talk again and complete my university diploma. At the beginning of my journey, I was lost and angry. Unable to afford counselling services, I decided to become a counsellor to offer affordable counselling to everyone, focusing on self-acceptance for others struggling with finding their identity. I have experienced the personal struggle of adapting to what is now the new me.
I offer low-cost counselling for carers and those on a disability pension. I have limited space to provide more personalized care. Either face-to-face or online for after-hours care. Because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance. Because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance e.because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, and adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance.
Triple 333 counselling focuses on helping adults and children build self-confidence and develop the necessary tools to make healthier choices in life. I believe that with the right tools and mentorship, I can assist people to find self-acceptance
and help to prevent people from making a wrong decision that will have a lifetime effect on their adult lives.
I have personal experience in how a wrong choice will impact the rest of your life.
Let my personal experiences help your child by learning from my mistakes.
I can honestly say that I have made mistakes, but never the same mistake twice.
My guidance comes from textbook learning and life experience
If you think that my guidance would be helpful
I offer face-to-face or online after-hours services at affordable rates so every child can access mental health services without the financial burden on the family budget
I am here to help and not for financial gains
my baby sister is on the spectrum, so I understand the importance of committing any child on the spectrum
I can also provide my pet dog with a big fat pug to assist with putting your child at ease. I can do home sessions depending on wheelchair access to help keep your child at ease, such as having a session in the garden with the dogs. To avoid the trauma and stress of an unfamiliar environment, I offer services online in the evening to help with any issues that may occur during school hours, such as bullying, to ensure that your child has someone to confide with 100% discretion and confidentiality.
My personal experiences are listed on my website.
If you think that I can relate to any struggles your child may be experiencing
I am keeping my client list small so I can focus on each child individually and give them the attention and commitment they deserve at an affordable cost, giving them a safe and confidential space for them to talk about what may be causing their anxiety and worries with someone who can relate and remain nonjudgemental
Because I have life experiences and have made mistakes but never the same mistake Twice
I can understand more than most
I. am not proud of my mistakes, but I do own them and take full accountability
This is where I can be honest and hopefully prevent another adolescent from going down the path of self-destruction
I believe that having an Anonymous third party to talk with is essential and beneficial to everyone

Counseling is a healthy way to handle stress and trauma
And the hassles of daily life
My counseling style combines counseling and life coaching. It is designed to help you find the answers to your problems and the motivation to take control of your life and make changes to live a better life with focus and direction. I am registered with the Australian Counseling Association and have a working with children's check.
My philosophy is that by Changing negative thought patterns to develop a strong sense of self-worth, I can help build resilience and teach people that they are more than the negative voice in their heads.
My style is perfect for at-risk teens and victims of bullying. I offer a safe environment where feelings can be discussed openly without judgment in a down-to-earth manner without worrying about being politically correct all the time. They can freely speak their minds.
Growing up in a biker's hotel, I have seen and heard it before, and I am not easily offended, so I like my clients to relax and not worry about how they communicate because sometimes we need to drop the "F-bomb" and other colorful words.
I also offer a daily check-in via text or call if required to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your goals. Ideal for teens and anyone who has trouble maintaining motivation
I graduated with my counseling diploma and will complete my bachelor's degree in December.
Most importantly, I have life experience due to making unhealthy choices as a teen resulting from years of being bullied at school. So when I say that I understand, I mean it because I have lived it.
I have experienced the difficulties that come from having low self-esteem.
I believe that CBT counselling will benefit any person impacted by this condition in a fun and
non-clinical environment

I offer face-to-face or online sessions.
I am not here to fix you. I will offer guidance and teach you the tools that will enable you to make healthier decisions and take control of your life so you can live life to the fullest and embrace yourself unconditionally. Through the process of self-realization and self-love, a lesson I had to learn the hard way
I understand what it is like to be in a dark place, feeling alone, fighting hopelessness, and not being in control of your life. Sometimes, we do not want to burden our friends and family, which is admirable but unnecessary.
Life is too short to go it alone or learn the hard way.
I have made many mistakes in life, from drug addiction to criminal activities, which I am not proud of. Still, it is part of my life story and experience, so before you think that nobody could understand. I have either made that lousy decision or lived and survived that experience, everything from domestic violence and Drug overdosing to being arrested and The impact that having a criminal record has on a person’s career and professional life.
Owning my mistakes makes me the ideal person to mentor young people because I have lived through those mistakes and learned from them.
Young people do not want advice from someone who has not experienced the highs and lows of life or cannot take accountability for their actions. They require someone who can relate and speak honestly and openly about their life experiences without sugarcoating shit.
