making mental health care affordable personal counselling
My name is adam baird, and I have been living with an ABI for the past ten years. Even though I was given a couple of months to live. I have been left paralyzed down my left side.
I have learned to walk and talk again and complete my university diploma. At the beginning of my journey, I was lost and angry. Unable to afford counseling services, I decided to become a counselor to offer affordable counseling to everyone, focusing on self-acceptance for others struggling with finding their identity. I have experienced the personal struggle of adapting to what is now the new me.
I offer low-cost counseling for carers and those on a disability pension. I have limited space to provide more personalized care. Either face-to-face or online for after-hours care. Because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance. Because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance e.because anxiety isn't 9 to 5, and adolescents and children would benefit from being able to talk at any time they require assistance.
Triple 333 counseling focuses on helping adults and children build self-confidence and develop the necessary tools to make healthier choices in life. I believe that with the right tools and mentorship, I can assist people to find self-acceptance
and help to prevent people from making a bad decision that will have a lifetime effect on their adult lives.
I have personal experience in how a wrong choice will impact the rest of your life.
Let my personal experiences help your child by learning from my mistakes.
I can honestly say that I have made mistakes, but never the same mistake twice.
My guidance comes from textbook learning and life experience
If you think that my guidance would be helpful
I offer face-to-face or online after-hours services at affordable rates so every child can access mental health services without the financial burden on the family budget
I am here to help and not for financial gains
my baby sister is on the spectrum, so I understand the importance of committing any child on the spectrum
I can also provide my pets (dogs, a big fat pug, and a v to assist with putting your child at ease. I can do home sessions depending on wheelchair access to help keep your child at ease, such as having a session in the garden with the dogs. To avoid the trauma and stress of an unfamiliar environment, I offer services online in the evening to help with any issues that may occur during school hours, such as bullying, to ensure that your child has someone to confide with 100% discretion and confidentiality.
My personal experiences are listed on my website.
If you think that I can relate to any struggles your child may be experiencing
I am keeping my client list small so I can focus on each child individually and give them the attention and commitment they deserve at an affordable cost, giving them a safe and confidential space for them to talk about what may be causing their anxiety and worries with someone who can relate and remain nonjudgemental
Because I have life experiences and have made mistakes but never the same mistake Twice
I can understand more than most
I. am not proud of my mistakes, but I do own them and take full accountability
This is where I can be honest and hopefully prevent another adolescent from going down the path of self-destruction
I believe that having an Anonymous third party to talk with is essential and beneficial to everyone
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. There is a pug to hug in a relaxed, fun environment for children on the spectrum.
I am here to help and give back to the community that has helped with my recovery
my rates are $3o or $20 for concession card holders
My motivation
As I feel that I am living on borrowed time
I am trying to be the person I should have been at that age
my 50th birthday is my second 10th birthday because, on my 40th birthday, I should have died, so what was a near-death experience? I view it as my rebirthing and a second chance for personal growth. ( hindsight) to address dealing with childhood trauma
So, I have chosen to keep my fees affordable. Helping others is part of my healing journey; I must cover my overhead.
Just because my fees are affordable does not lessen my qualifications. It just makes me accessible.
I am not looking to be a hero. But if I can have a positive impact and improve one person's mental health, then my experiences are justified.
By supporting others, I can heal myself and give myself a life purpose and something positive to focus on. I like to set goals as a source of motivation to keep me moving forward and retain my positive mindset.
Though I was given a couple of months to live, I have embraced my life as a person with a disability. I have been left paralyzed down my left side and unable to walk and talk, and I have lost the usage of my left arm and leg. I have had no choice but to adapt and change my mindset to a determined and positive outlook and accept what I cannot change through self-acceptation and by being focused on doing everything that I can to prove people and the doctors wrong, including returning to university to complete my diploma in counseling and becoming a reregistered counselor with the Australian Counselling Association fully licensed and insured operating triple333 counseling to make mental health care affordable and accessible.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your
struggles, heal from your pain, and teach you the tools to manage anxiety and emotions with the benefit

With the cost of living being so out of control, I offer affordable mental health to ensure that everyone has access to counseling because sometimes we just need someone to listen and give a fuck, so my focus is to make counseling accessible and to be cheaper than alcohol or drugs and a much healthier outlet.
I offer face-to-face or online sessions.
I am not here to fix you. I will offer guidance and teach you the tools that will enable you to make healthier decisions and take control of your life so you can live life to the fullest and embrace yourself unconditionally. Through the process of self-realization and self-love, a lesson I had to learn the hard way
I understand what it is like to be in a dark place, feeling alone, fighting hopelessness, and not being in control of your life. Sometimes, we do not want to burden our friends and family, which is admirable but unnecessary.
Life is too short to go it alone or learn the hard way.
I have made many mistakes in life, from drug addiction to criminal activities, which I am not proud of. Still, it is part of my life story and experience, so before you think that nobody could understand. I have either made that lousy decision or lived and survived that experience, everything from domestic violence and Drug overdosing to being arrested and The impact that having a criminal record has on a person’s career and professional life.
Owning my mistakes makes me the ideal person to mentor young people because I have lived through those mistakes and learned from them.
Young people do not want advice from someone who has not experienced the highs and lows of life or cannot take accountability for their actions. They require someone who can relate and speak honestly and openly about their life experiences without sugarcoating shit.

I am not here to tell them how to live their lives but to help build communication skills and teach them the tools to manage and deal with their anxiety so they become healthy well-adjusted adults
